Senior Qualified Automotive Electrician

Do you want a change, looking for stability and a continuous 3-day weekend?

We are currently seeking an experienced qualified light vehicle auto electrician to join our team.

Tuesday to Friday, 7:15 am - 5:30 pm (4-day, 38 weekly hours) with flexibility.

​In this position, you will have the opportunity to use multiple skills while further developing your learning and advance your knowledge with a company that invests in technical training for all staff on the advancement of technology. Our company culture revolves around excellence in customer service. We have team building events and outings every 3 months. You will be required to work as a part of the team and in unsupervised roles.

Job tasks include

• Air Conditioning diagnosis and repairs
• Electrical fault diagnosis and repairs
• Dual battery installations
• Vehicle towing (power plugs, brake controllers)
• Electrical accessory installations

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following essential attributes:

• Trade qualification in auto electrical services
• Current WA driving license
• Current Refrigeration Handling License (ARC) is an advantage
• Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
• Ability to work well in a small team environment
• Motivated and willing to learn new skills
• National police clearance
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test

The core tasks and responsibilities of this position:

• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers
• Diagnosis and repair of electrical and electronic faults on all makes and models of light passenger cars, 4WD and light commercial vehicles
• Installation of auto electrical accessories
• Diagnosis and repair of automotive air conditioning systems
• Contribute to our customer-centred company philosophy
